A Great save

Situation : I had just joined an IT company as a trainee.My first job and my first software project deadline was over,my manager came and asked me is the work done then I started blabbering something.After 5 Minutes my mind suddenly flashed and I said to my manager oh its time to have something yummy and our team went to lunch and had a nice lunch.Great save for me.

Cancelling Record in Ticketing System

Cancel Record:

• Remove + from Abstract.

• Set ticket status to Closed.

• Select Cancelled from the Completion Code dropdown (no

other fields need to be filled).

• Proceed to cancel change record.
