start new,start fresh

I was born and brought up in a upper middle class family. We had very conservative family values.

The town I was brought up was a very small ton. After studying high school and college.I went to Big city for pursuing higher education. While I was studying to become a graduate I was staying in a boarding.I started to get acquainted with a guy who used to study in my class as well.We became friends, we used to do combined studies and we helped each other to get high scores.The more we got to know each the more we liked each other. We eventually fall in love with each other we wanted to live with each other.We took the bold step of letting our parents know about our love but there came a big no from both the families. There came a stage where he wanted to part as he did not have the dare to go against his family.I tried my level best to stop him and convince him to be with me but unfortunately nothing worked out.We had to bid bye to each other. This broke me down completely. I was hopeless, lost my dreams and I was in a state that I could never have imagined to see myself after graduation. I could not concentrate on my career, I had lost hopes completely.

This is when I took a bold step to move ahead and start a new life my family helped me a lot in recouping why should I blame myself for something that wasn't even my fault. I moved to a different city I started a fresh life, got a new job concentrated on my career. I climbed up and up in the ladder at work.I soon became a director of a multinational company and then slowly I started thinking of taking my own flat, I invested a little and for rest I took a loan and then a flat in my name, how happy I was is unimaginable even today by anybody. My parents got an alliance for me who was a decent looking and decent earning guy,first I hesitated whether or not to pursue my life in that direction but the nature of the guy made me to be comfortable and it's "We" who started a new life together for a long lasting journey called the new beginnings of life".He was very helping in nature and made me feel so important in his life. I, who had devastating past that revisited me every now and then slowly began to heal the injuries from past it was a very tough phase of life but the confidence in myself to move ahead and the love from the guy were the keys to move on and start fresh.In this situation charged with energy Allu Arjun's sensational moves and Anushka Manchanda's magical voice can come together to multiple the joy of happiness.

The "magic" moment

 It used to be the same air, same life filled with humiliation and rejection of the society. I was never meant to study engineering and become a software engineer. But the software industry had boomed to this extent that every other parent wanted their son/daughter to be a software engineer in a multinational company, go overseas and earn a lot and return back and live a rich life in homeland. I was forced to be a part of this. I was admitted to engineering after getting payment/management quota seat in one of the top most engineering colleges in town. I tried my level best to understand the field but nothing ever got through my mind. I always had the feeling this is not what I want to be. I often used to ask myself what am I here for and my mind returned no answer. Finally I had completed my engineering exams after so much of efforts to clear my papers. We had campus interviews going on, I tried to clear the interviews but failed again and again. It was the 40th company where I had cleared the preliminary aptitude test everybody was already talking that I would fail in the next technical round I would fail and it happened again I did not get through. Friends and family were tired of my unsuccessful attempts to get a job.

I could see the rejection and hopeless eyes turning to ask me if I ever succeed in life and get a job. I was advised by my classmates to take training. I likewise joined the computer training courses that eventually get promised me a job at the completion of the course, everybody in my family was commenting this is a waste of money and investment on my career and future as I am dumb headed. With all push backs I took these courses and at the end of the course as predicted I did not get selected for any job. Everybody was boasting how they got great jobs in the companies and how handsome salary they are drawing but the goal was to console me on my failure and unsuccessful attempts to get a job and they would offer me to give a referral so that I bypass the queue. I tried to work for less paying, less dignified low level jobs everybody laughed at me. It was the heights of the humiliation. I said to myself I cannot take it anymore I have to do it, I have to succeed in life. In a situation like this Allu Arjun's sensational moves and Anushka Manchanda's Magical voice if it comes together it would add freshness to my dejected life and I would be able to make a fresh start with all freshness in me and definitely Allu Arjun and Anushka Manchanda would inspire me a lot.

Most important meal of day

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. My morning starts with a cup of coffee and breakfast. Breakfast gives
me the energy and caliber to sustain through the daily juggles let it up negotiating with managers to go home
early or messing up with in-laws for household chores.The breakfast should make me comfortable not too heavy
to digest or not too light to make me feel hungry and tired.
Gupta's family has the wonderful recipes and secrets to keep me lively throughout the day
with the most important meal.
1.The most enjoyable recipe that I liked was Cornflake coconut Ladoos-Another Ladoo
filled with goodness for me to gobble.
It is very easy and simple to prepare but one of the most yummiest recipe to hog on. I swear no one can
resist from tasting it. It takes three minutes as preparation time. First crush the Kellogg's Corn slakes
into small pieces,then chop the mixed nuts, then take 1/4 cup condensed milk,then take 1/4 cup ghee
and desiccated coconut(copra) and combine them all mix them well and shape them into lemon size cornflake coconut ladoos
Gupta's family should be very lucky to have this yummy breakfast everyday.
2.My next favorite recipe would be Chapatti cornflakes chivda-A cornfalkes snack for all times.
The preparation time would be 7 Minutes.
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup (coarsely crushed, lightly roasted) Kellogg's Corn Flakes
1 tablespoon Oil
¼ tablespoon Mustard seeds
¼ teaspoon Cumin seeds
2 teaspoon Finely chopped green chillies
A few curry leaves
A pinch asafoetida
¼ teaspoon Turmeric powder
2 tablespoon Roasted / fried peanuts
2 tablespoon Roasted/ fried daria dal
8 cooked chapattis (left over), roughly broken into small pieces and lightly roasted
Salt to taste
1 tbsp Powdered sugar
DIRECTIONS
1. Heat the oil in a pan, add the mustard seeds and cumin seeds, let the seeds crackle.
2. Add the green chillies, curry leaves, asafetida, turmeric powder and sauté on a slow flame for a few seconds.
3. Add the peanuts, daria dal, roasted chapatti, roasted cornflakes, salt and sauté on a slow flame for another 3 to 4 minutes or till the chivda becomes crisp.
4. Remove from the flame and keep side to cool.
5. Add the powdered sugar and mix well.
6. Serve immediately or store in an air-tight container.
 One  breakfast like this would make the entire day I can even go without lunch and carry myself till I get home. I would be watching Gupta's family to
see what cooks in their house in the morning and would become an uninvited guest everyday for the yummy breakfast and get kicked off.

My dream business is to run a News Channel. In the news channel business it is very important to keep the people up-to-date. What is happening now is what people want to know with the high definition pictures, videos. In a everyday changing technology it is very important to keep up-to date in order run a successful business.

Today more than watching a news channel people are heading to digital media like: twitter, facebook,blogs. The technologies are changing on a fast pace twitter,face book, android, apple ios, windows 8 etc are part of every common man's everyday life. In order to ensure people are getting the now news my dream channel would like to use latest Windows 8 office 365 which has sharepoint,Exchange,Lync online and other web apps to offer. SharePoint Online delivers the powerful features of SharePoint without the associated overhead of managing the infrastructure on our own. Lync online which gives:

1) Real-time presence information—including photos, availability status, and location—and enhanced instant messaging (IM) to connect efficiently and effectively.

2) Voice calls through computer of a reporter on news spot to other Lync or Skype users in our organization.

3) Create, moderate, and join pre-planned and on-the-fly audio, video, and web meetings with people inside and outside the organization.

4) Enhance online presentations with screen-sharing and virtual whiteboards.

5) Let customers participate in our Lync conference calls even if they are not Office 365 or Lync Online customers.

Of course, Microsoft exchange has been the most standard and convenient way of exchanging emails within an organization in a much secured way. The web apps feature adds color to all these.

Starting a new life takes a lot of effort, courage and dare. We would be starting a new life from the scratch or from the point where we were cut down in life. The point from which we decide to sustain and wish to put effort to move ahead in life is the focus rest all would be blank. Deciding as to what to pursue as a dream is one of the most difficult tasks of all. In ideal world we tend to imagine a lot of ideas in life but at the end what we end up doing matters. Developing an idea and nurturing the idea throughout the lifecycle till the desired output is obtained makes a business or new life a success. The support of the family and loved ones is a vital ingredient in the process. Applying for a loan and getting the loan approved, approaching the right financial institutions and showing the assets to fetch the loan becomes tedious. But there are some financial institutions which make millions of dreams come true, gives the pride and confidence in people who never dared to get their dream fulfilled.

Travelling with family once in a while is a joyous and most happening moment. At the end of the day whether it’s a trip investing a lot of money or it is a lone family time spending time together to understand the needs of the family is what matters the most and defines the word “togetherness”. In this busy world where everybody works very hard to earn a living and maintain a high class image in the society we tend to forget how our family looks like and what their needs are and then we repent at the end as to a relationship ended or we lost somebody we loved. Recognition of what comes as a priority in our life is the most important part in life that everybody has to feel and live life to the fullest

Nostalgia and Smells

The smell of Jasmine Agarbatti wafts through the air. Suddenly, wherever I am I relate that odor to the pooja room of our home. Our noses have a way of sniffing out nostalgia.

I stepped into an elevator and a bunch of people piled in behind me. I was behind a woman with her back to me and I could smell the sandal wood Perfume smell and I hadn’t smelled it in years. It seemed like I was transported back to the living room of our home where the smell of the sandal wood comes through the statues and Momento.

I was walking in the road and suddenly a kind of smell came. I suddenly remembered the kitchen of my home. I was not able to identify the smell but I could associate to my kitchen where my mom did my favorites amboda, bonda, batata vada our kitchen used to be of same smell.

Our family went on a trip to Nagarhole and Bandipur after a long time. We were travelling amidst the trees in the forest enjoying the trip. I could smell the Nilgiri tree suddenly I remembered our bed room, which has Nilgiri smell as my grand mom uses Nilgiri oil to relieve the pain of her joints.

 A stinky smell came into my nose while I was playing near the lake and suddenly I remembered our bathroom with the diaper bag of my toddler son lying for more than a day without the air fresheners.
